Lifting Magnets
Erich Circular Lifting Magnets are used to handle all kinds of steel, especially scrap, efficiently and inexpensively in steel mills, ball mills, for furnace charging and other material handling jobs. The magnet case is of a welded type and is light in weight. It is available in diameters ranging from 530mm to 1500mm.
RECTANGULAR LIFTING MAGNETS
These magnets are ideal for handling materials in most shapes including sheets, plates, round or square bars/bundle, billets, ingots, pipes and many similar applications, these are available in 6”, 8”, 12”, 16” and 20” width sizes.
ELECTRO MAGNETIC LIFTERS & POSITIONERS
This variety of magnets is used for workshop use and is offered with an enclosed gear, suitable for lifting and positioning for welding purposes. It is available in diameters ranging from 100mm to 500mm. These are available for AC and DC power sources.
SMALL ELECTRO MAGNETS
These are small, powerful and are round or rectangular in shape, available in a range of sizes and voltages for holding/energizing or releasing/de-energized. It is ideal for use in machine mechanisms, guard locking and applications with remote hold/release requirements. The coils are continuously rated at the specific voltages, AC or DC. It is available in diameters ranging from 25mm to 145mm with a breaking force ranging from 11kg to 680 kg.
